Our rectangular bookshelf
speaker stands are cut from New England grey granite
slab. The bottoms of these stands are each fitted
with three stainless steel threads that accept spikes
(included) with 1/4"-20 threads. The spikes form a
tripod which rests firmly to your shelf. Attaching
the bookshelf speakers to these heavy stands will allow
them to sound better and reduce troublesome vibrations.
The stands can be tilted by shimming the spikes with
rubber washers (included).
Standard dimensions are
6"x8" (WxD). Custom-sized stands can be built upon
request.
The BK1
stands are cut from one inch thick
granite slab. These are suitable
for smaller speakers, speakers that are
not played loudly, or setups requiring a
slimmer stand.
The BK2 stands
are cut from two inch thick granite
slab. These provide a heavy,
stable base for bookshelf speakers that
are played loudly.
