Sound Footing Policies

Shipping and Returns: Shipping is free within the contiguous USA.  Please call or email prior to ordering for shipping prices outside the contiguous USA.  Allow 1-2 weeks for shipment, 2-4 weeks for custom orders. Standard product line items may be returned within 15 days of receipt in original packaging for a full refund, with prior authorization from us.  Return shipping is not refundable unless there is a problem of our error. Custom orders may not be returned unless the item is damaged or there is a problem caused by our error. 

Please do not accept a package that has obviously been damaged during shipping.  Please carefully inspect all items for damage upon receipt.  If an item has been damaged, please keep all packaging for inspection by the shipping company, and email us immediately to notify us of the problem.

Payment: Credit card payments are made through the PayPal payment service.  This requires customer credit cards to be charged prior to shipping.  If this is a problem, please email us so that we may prepare your shipment in advance.  Then we will contact you when shipment is ready so that you may place your order.  This does not apply to custom orders, which must be placed in advance.
